So we have been playing Zona Alfa and used Warhammer 40k oil drums as Hot Spots. I thought about building some thing other to use as Hot Spots, that hade more of a Zona Alfa feeling. So I started to build five Hot Spots using 40mm bases, Jerry Can Set in 1:48 from Tamiya, some bits from old kits, weapons from The Assault Group and other equipment from Bolt Action.
After I was satisfied with the layout I sprayed them in white. I used some fine line tape to add stripes on the oil drums. Then sprayed those pieces in red.
After all bases dried I just painted them and added a shade and some texture to the base.
